Gaël Lupien is a residential real estate broker specialized in the purchase and sale of houses and condos in the South-west district of Montréal, specifically in the Saint-Henri, Little Burgundy and Pointe Saint-Charles sectors. The South-west district stands out for its attractions such as the Atwater Market, the Corona Virgin Mobile theater, the Arsenal, Amaze the space game, the Lachine Canal, the Charlevoix bridge, several parks and bike paths, to only name some of them. We also find the Lionel-Groulx, Georges-Vanier, Place Saint-Henri and Charlevoix subways stations, as well as the many antique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on Notre-Dame west Street and Atwater Avenue. She knows very well the condo projects La Machinerie, Lofts Irène, Imperial Loft, Walter on Atwater, Myst on the Canal and many others.
